Min 1: Clean + High Hang Clean + Low Hang Clean + Jerk @ 50%

Min 2: Clean + High Hang Clean + Low Hang Clean + Jerk @ 55%

Min 3: Clean + High Hang Clean + Low Hang Clean + Jerk @ 60%

Min 4: Clean + High Hang Clean + Low Hang Clean + Jerk @ 65%

Min 5: Clean + High Hang Clean + Low Hang Clean + Jerk @ 70%

 

(High = above the knees; Low = below the knees; Clean = from the ground)

 

Then 12 Mins clocks starts immediately to Find 1 RM Clean and Jerk (power or squat is acceptable)
