Snatch Pull + Hang Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat

-Increase each round

-Can not let go of the bar

 

Score = Final Weight

WOD B: 4 Min AMRAP:

30 Burpees over the bar (RX: Must hop over bar with a 2 feet take off)

Then Max DUs

 

Score = # of DUs (3:1 singles)
