Min 1: 2 Strict Pull Ups and 10 Push Ups

Min 2: 4 Kipping Pull Ups and 9 Push Ups

Min 3: 3 Strict Pull Ups and 8 Push Ups

Min 4: 5 Kipping Pull Ups and 7 Push Ups

Min 5: 4 Strict Pull Ups and 6 Push Ups

70% x 2 x 3

75% x 2 x 3

80% x 3

50% x 10

 

WOD: 14 Mins Running Clock (7 periods of 2 mins each)

2 total ROUNDS: 

Each round has 3 periods of 2 mins each with a 2 min rest after one complete round.

 

Round 1 (Part A):

  1. 2 mins: Complete 10 Snatches at 95/65, then max reps TTB, straight into next period.
  2. 2 mins: Complete 8 Snatches at 115/75, then max reps TTB
  3. 2 mins: Complete 6 Snatches at 135/85, then max reps TTB

(There is no timed rest between each period)

 

Score = total number of TTBs

Round 2 (Part B):

  1. 2 mins: Complete 6 Snatches at 135/85, then max reps Wall Balls (20/14,10’9’)
  2. 2 mins: Complete 8 Snatches at 115/75, then max reps Wall Balls
  3. 2 mins: Complete 10 Snatches at 95/65, then max reps Wall Balls

 

Score = total number of Wall balls
