Skill: 10 mins to work on Gymnastics Goat

 

Strength: 20 Minutes

WOD A: 5 x 1, climbing

4 TnG Power Cleans

3 Hang Squat Cleans

2 Push Jerk

1 Split Jerk

 

You can drop the bar after the 4th power clean to reset your grip, but must start the next rep within 5 seconds. Must do the rest of the complex unbroken.


Rest as needed between sets.

30 Candlesticks for time

20/14 ball or 25/15 plate
