WOD A: EMOM x 16

Mins 1-4: 4 reps power snatch @ 60%

Mins 5-8: 2 reps squat snatch (same weight as mins 1-4)

Mins 9-12: 3 reps power snatch @ 70%

Mins 13-14: 1 rep squat snatch (same weight as mins 9-12)

 

Mins 15: 1 rep squat snatch @ 80%

Mins 16: 1 min to attempt squat snatch at highest make-able weight = score
