Skill: Clean and Jerks technique work

EMOM x 4:

Odd: 3 power clean and jerks @ 50% - 55%

Even: 1 power clean, 2 front squats, 3 push jerks

 

Strength:  5 sets of Front Squat

3 x 5 @ 55%, 

2 x 3 @ 65%, then 1 strict pull ups after every set

 

WOD:

21 wall balls

15 Burpees

9 clean and jerks 135/95
