30 Burpees (60 reps)

20 Snatches 95/65 

20 Burpees (100 reps)

10 Snatches 115/75 

10 Burpees (120 reps)

5 Snatches 135/85

5 Burpees (130 reps)

Then: AMRAP Snatches @ 145/95 with remaining time.

 

-score is total reps completed within time cap.

-Snatches can be any variety: Muscle Snatch, Power Snatch, Squat Snatch or Split Snatch are all acceptable
