EMOMx6:

ODD: 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang squat Clean (below the knees) + 1 jerk @ 60% clean 

EVEN: 1 Power clean + 2 jerk @ same weight

 

Strength: Back Squat 

3 x 4 @ 70%, 2 x 2 @ 80%, then 5 push ups after every set

 

WOD: 3 RFT

18 Thrusters 75/55

12 Power Snatches 75/55

8 Pull ups
