Skill: Clean and Jerk PRACTICE

EMOMx6:

ODD: 2 power clean + 1 jerk @ 60% clean 

- Practice going directly from the power clean into the push jerk without resetting for the jerk.

EVEN: 1 hang squat clean from above the knees + 1 jerk @ same weight

-This time, reset before going into the jerk.

Strength: Back Squat - 10 mins timed 

2 x 3 warm up - working your way to 70%
