Skill/Strength: Snatch/Overhead Squat

-8 periods of 2 mins each

-Alternate Each 2 mins period.

-start at 55% snatch, go up by 5% each Odd period.

 

Odd periods:

-1 Hang power snatch

-1 Power snatch

-1 Snatch (or hang snatch)

Even periods:

-1 x 5 OHS (what ever you used for your snatch, you will OHS)
